Loading... Please wait...Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: $7 flat per order via USPS Priority Mail within the continental US. We offer free shipping on all orders over $229 within the USA. If you would like a faster shipping option (such as overnight), please email us at staff@rapidled.com for a shipping quote.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. During the checkout process, after a shipping address is entered the total shipping cost will be shown. For orders with heatsinks, please email us first as the quoted shipping rate only applies to orders without heatsinks. Also, if you live in a "remote area" (according to DHL), we reserve the right to ship your package via USPS Priority Mail instead of DHL.
We are not responsible for any import duties that your country's customs may add. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or DHL, and orders shipped via a small flat-rate box do not come with tracking information. If you'd like tracking please make sure you let us know via email at the time you place your order.
Q: Can we change the ratio of LEDs the kit?
A: Yes, typically there's no charge to do that and you can let us know via email or under "special instructions" at the end of checkout.
Q: Why isn't there a phone number listed?
A: While we love talking to our customers we don't have the man power to answer the phones and still get your orders out as fast as we would like to. We prefer to work via email as this doesn't limit the hours which we can work and this way we can concentrate on providing you with the best answer possible without distractions. If you would like us to give you a call just send us an email with your name and phone number and we'll call you ASAP.
Q: It looks like I was charged twice by my credit card, can you please explain why?
A: If your transaction was declined there will be a temporary "hold" placed on your card by your credit card company. This is typically released after a few business days, and the transaction will disappear as if it never occurred. If you see it for more than a few business days try contacting your credit card company, typically they can remove it for you.
