FAQ

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs will be displayed during step 4 of checkout.  You will be given several shipping options depending on the speed in which you would like to receive your package.  All orders within the US over $229 will have a free shipping option.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do.  During the checkout process you will be given various shipping rates to choose from.

The quotes shown are only for shipping and we are not responsible for any import duties that your country's customs may add.  Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Q: Can we change the ratio of LEDs the kit? 
A: Yes, typically there's no charge to do that and you can let us know via email or under "LED Color Ratio" when adding the kit to your cart.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we do.  Please email copies of your business license and seller's permit to staff@rapidled.com to get started.

Q: Can you make custom fixtures, or sell LEDs off star boards?
A: Yes, that's no problem at all and we'd be glad to help.  Please email staff@rapidled.com with what you're looking to do, however most custom projects will require some type of minimum order quantity and/or lead-time.

Q: It looks like I was charged twice by my credit card, can you please explain why?
A: If your transaction was declined there will be a temporary "hold" placed on your card by your credit card company.  This is typically released after a few business days, and the transaction will disappear as if it never occurred.  If you see it for more than a few business days try contacting your credit card company, typically they can remove it for you.

Q: What happens if I am missing an item in my package?
A: Please email us immediately if you find this does happen, we go through 2 rounds of quality control before shipping but we are human and mistakes do happen.  We do our best to replace the item ASAP, though most of the time we are only able to ship replacements via Priority Mail.  In most cases we don't recommend ordering livestock for your tank before having your lights set-up.
