Return Policy

Rapid LED offers the following Return Policy: 

If defective, replacement will be provided if we are notified within 14 days.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Replacement shipping is on us.  Please note that once LEDs have been soldered, they are no longer under warranty.  Due to the nature of DIY projects, we
must be notified of any defective LEDs PRIOR to soldering or use of any kind.

For all other returns, product must be brand new and in original shipping box and sent back to us within 14 days.  We will deduct what we paid to ship the order to you, and all returns past 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee (please email us in advance to see if we can waive this for you).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
