Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: $6 flat per order via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping) within the continental US.  There will also be an option to purchase insurance when you check out for a total of $9 per order ($6 for shipping, $3 for insurance).  We offer free shipping on all orders over $239.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do.  During the checkout process, after a shipping address is entered the total shipping cost will be shown.  However, we are not responsible for any import duties that your country's customs may add.  Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
