Store Policies

Rapid LED offers the following Returns Policy: 

If defective, replacement will be provided if we are notified within 14 days.  Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer.  Replacement shipping is on us.

For all other returns, product must be unopened and in original shipping box and sent back to us within 14 days.  Essentially this means "Return to Sender" only.  If you open it, it's yours.
