Shipping Policy

We ship out most orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. If you have an urgent order that needs to go out the same day please contact us via email/phone and we’ll do our best to expedite it for you. Please understand that we're all affected by COVID-19 so on occasion it may take us a little bit longer to ship than normal. We appreciate your patience and consideration during this time.

We reserve the right to ship orders that have Free Shipping via the best method. For small packages this is usually USPS 1st class, while for larger packages this is usually FedEx Ground. We cannot ship FedEx Ground packages to a PO Box, so if you must have the package sent to a PO Box you may not qualify for free shipping.

We always ship higher value orders (and often orders sent to a unit or suite #) with a signature required upon delivery, unless you request otherwise before your order is shipped. Feel free to make your request in the "comments" section upon checkout. If an order has been shipped and you won't be present to sign for it, please contact us to hold it at a nearby pickup location.

For international orders the cost of shipping only includes freight charges from our warehouse to your location. The shipping fee does not include any possible taxes, duties, brokerage fees, VAT, etc. Please consult with your local authorities on what these charges may be before ordering. If shipping via USPS 1st class international please note this may take up to 30 business days to arrive, with very limited tracking.

If you're in Canada we highly suggest you visit and purchase from our site at www.rapidledca.com. Items from this site ship directly from British Columbia so there are no import duties/VAT and shipping is cheaper. Also, prices are already listed in CAD.
